User interface
The system is operated from PCs that run the web based user interface operating software, using a standard browser, which connects to the main system database on the central system. In this way, no special client software is required and also this implies that the system can be run either locally, i.e. from a PC that is on the same LAN as the central system, or remotely from a PC that connects to the central system over the internet or wide area network.
The user interface’s main functions are to interact with the database to administer and set lighting control configurations and to monitor the parameters reported back by the lighting units fitted with telecells.
