Data Integrity Administrator

Purpose and Scope

This is a new role and will be a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to shape the development of the role. You will grow into the role as you build up your knowledge and experience in the Telensa environment.

The successful applicant will have a good understanding of ERP and CRM system, be diligent and analytical.

The incumbent will be the Salesforce Administrator and have experience of using and manipulating data in Salesforce.

The role holder will have strong analytical skills to ensure they can deliver accurate and timely forecasting for the company. The role will assist with the management of all the sales forecasts, planning and forecast volumes.

The incumbent will develop a knowledge of the Telensa deals and ensure the sales and operations teams data is maintained in real time.

The role will be responsible for the maintenance of, and the assurance of the accuracy and consistency of data over its entire life cycle.

The Job Role

Salesforce:

  • Responsible for the administration of Salesforce as it relates to supporting the Sales organisation, administering workflows, processes and accurate reporting of the company’s CRM.
  • Monitors the accuracy and is responsible for the efficient distribution of sales reports and other data essential to the sales organisation.
  • Collaborate with Product management and Salesforce owners to ensure data is accurate, relevant and clean. Develop the processes to integrate and deliver new account data to the sales team.
  • Develops and maintains key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales for the management team.
  • Responsible for assisting in the facilitation of forecasting, planning and other operational processes.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Responsible for managing the administrative needs of users and providing training where needed.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance (user profiles, roles and sharing settings), reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

Production:

  • Responsible for taking the Salesforce data and producing the manufacturing forecast
  • Responsible for issuing orders to suppliers
  • correlating goods received with the production plan
  • Assisting with the interface into Finance.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating operations/production as to the shipping requirements

Operations:

  • Assisting with the ISO 9001 procedures
  • Assisting with internal Audits
  • Assisting with the continual improvement to product or services.

General:

This role will also cover additional administrative responsibilities across the departments.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • A level’s in a numeric subject
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
  • Some experience of working with integrations between Salesforce and other systems
  • A holistic approach to assessing the wider impact of change
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proven documentation skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • The ability to work on your own initiative but be equally able to work as a member of the wider team

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • ISO 90001
  • Auditing skills/analysing data and publishing the findings
  • Working in a production environment
