The HQ for Telensa is in Pampisford, Cambridge. Telensa is active in the UK, US, Canada, Middle East, SE Asia, Latin America, Australia/NZ and now leveraging the global reach of Signify.

We have created a new role of Executive Assistant to support and assist the General Manager (GM) with administrative support, diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel, preparing travel itineraries and correspondence.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage the facilities within the office, including the buildings maintenance, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections. The facilities management aspect of the role over the medium to long term will reduce in scope as we identify third party providers to support some of the activity.    This role offers great exposure across our business enabling the role holder to learn how our business operate end to end. This role would be suitable for a highly organised and energised graduate who is a quick learner through to an experienced candidate who is already on the career ladder.
