The Head of Operations and Manufacturing will lead and manage two areas of the business, Operations and Manufacturing this is a dynamic and multi-faceted role.

From a Manufacturing perspective the incumbent will manage, supply chain, procurement, production, and manufacturing systems and ensure quality management systems are in place and adhered to. This role will be responsible for chairing the quality committee and ensuring that quality processes and practices are in place.

From an Operations perspective the incumbent will manage the evolving and changing environment within the operations department, the role will include overseeing new customer network introductions, customer support and maintenance, and company IT. The focus will be to support growth and add to the bottom line of the organisation. By measuring progress and implementing/adjusting processes accordingly you will play a significant role developing the Telensa roadmap.

The role holder will also be responsible for leading the health and safety committee ensuring that Telensa adheres to the relevant legislation.
